Jennifer
These are some great, simple slow cooker 4-ingredient apple cinnamon pork chops. A wonderful, sweet and savory dinner for those busy nights. Only take a minute to prepare and enjoy!
Layer the pork chops at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add a single layer of sliced apples on top of the pork chops.
Sprinkle brown sugar and ground cinnamon over the apples and pork.
Close the slow cooker lid and set it to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours. When you pull out your pork chops they should be so tender that they simply fall apart.
Spoon some of the soft apple mixture right over each serving of pork.
