Air Fryer Banana Nutella Hand Pies

Air Fryer Banana Nutella Hand Pies are a delicious dessert that the whole family enjoys. Made with freshly sliced banana, Nutella hazelnut spread, and a few simple ingredients.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 3 Tablespoons Nutella
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 roll refrigerated dough

Instructions
 

  • Remove the pie crust from the refrigerator and unroll the sheet of dough onto a clean surface.
  • Use a pie cutter or a plate to cut six inch circles from the dough. Flatten and re-roll the dough as many times as needed to get as many mini pie crusts you can.
  • Add a tablespoon of Nutella hazelnut spread to one half of the dough.
  • Add sliced banans on top of the Nutella.
  • Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pinching them together with your fingers or with a fork. Cut slits into the tops of the pies.
  • In a small bowl, beat the egg. Add the condensed milk and mix well. Brush the pies with the egg mixture.
  • Place the pies into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry the hand pies at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes, flipping the pies halfway through the cooking process. Carefully remove from the air fryer and serve.

Notes

You can also use apple pie filling, strawberry pie filling, cherry pie filling, and more. Your imagination is your only limit!
Hand pies cook perfectly in the air fryer in 6 minutes at 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Different air fryers may require you to adjust the cooking time slightly.
