Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish with parchment paper. 
  • In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and mix well. 
  • Carefully fold in the chocolate chips. 
  • Scoop into the prepared 9 x 13 baking dish and smooth out the mixture. 
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown around the edges. 
  • Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing. 
  • Serve. 

Notes

Store leftover cookie bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
