  • Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces and soak them in the soy sauce while cutting up the vegetables.
  • Cut the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.

  1. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-4 minutes, or until heated fully through.
  2. The best meat choice is the cuts of steak you prefer the most! I personally prefer top sirloin, ribeye, and New York strip steaks for the best beef kebabs. You can also a cheaper cut of meat such as stew meat.
  3. Choice easy seasonings such as soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and teriyaki sauce. You can also choose to use garlic powder, steak seasoning,
  4. Would you rather chicken? You can use chicken rather than steak. Cube the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and add them to the skewer in place of the steak, or even in addition to the steak
