I love how great everything tastes when done in the Air Fryer, and I love that it’s healthier than frying in fats and grease.

These Air Fried Steak Kabobs are one of my favorite quick and easy dinner recipes. You can purchase these in the meat section already made, or you can put them together on your own for a more personalized approach. I’ve done both, and I cook them exactly the same way.

To make this easy meal you will need a few things on hand:

  • wooden skewers or metal skewers (I’ve used both)
  • steak, cut into pieces
  • bell peppers (I love to use green bell pepper and red bell pepper)
  • red onions
  • olive oil

OPTIONAL: add cherry tomatoes to the skewers, and red pepper flakes to spice things up a bit

The choice of steak you use is really your preference. You can use juicy sirloin beef, filet mignon, Ribeye, New York Strip, or whichever cuts of steak you prefer for the skewers.

How to Make Air Fryer Steak Kabobs

Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare the air fryer basket.

Cube the steak into bite sized pieces if not already cut. Cut the bell pepper, onion, and any other of your favorite vegetables you prefer.

Grab the wooden skewers and add the cubed steak, peppers, and onion in your preferred sequence.

Place in a single layer at the bottom of the prepared Air Fryer basket. Cook on 400 for 10 minutes, flipping the beef kabobs halfway through.

Serve when fully heated.

You can serve these juicy, tender steak kabobs as an appetizer. Or serve them with a salad or side dish and you’ll have a complete meal. One of the best things about this dish is that it takes just 10 minutes to make. You can’t get any easier than that!
