How to keep your chicken moist while baking
This little trick is one that I love to share, and it’s so simple. Do you ever use a non-stick cooking spray? I like to spray my chicken with a olive oil based non-stick cooking spray before I bake or grill. This helps lock in the juices and keep the chicken moist. Easy! Now grab all of your other ingredients for this yummy baked chicken.
Sweet Pepper Baked Chicken Recipe
Once you have sealed the chicken with cooking spray, place in an oven safe baking dish.
Spread the cream cheese over the chicken, and don’t be stingy! This really helps pack on the flavor. Slice the bell pepper and sweet peppers and top the chicken.
Bake on 375 for 35-40 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked.
Top with shredded cheese and bacon and serve.

Sweet Pepper Popper Baked Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package sweet peppers
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup bacon crumbles
- non stick olive oil based cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 375.
- Place chicken in an oven safe baking dish.
- Spray chicken with non stick olive oil based cooking spray.
- Cover chicken with cream cheese.
- Top chicken with sweet pepper and bell pepper slices.
- Bake chicken for 35-40 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Top with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles and bake for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot!
