FAQs
Can I substitute the chicken for another filling?
You can substitute the chicken for steak, ground beef, or make veggie taquitos with bell peppers, onions, and sweet potato bites.
Do I have to use Rotisserie chicken?
You don’t have to use Rotisserie chicken. Use other types of chicken such as chicken breast, or chicken thighs for this recipe. It’s a perfect recipe to make when looking for something to use leftover chicken.
How do I store leftover chicken taquitos?
Store any remaining chicken taquitos in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Any longer and the bottom of the tortilla shell may get too soggy for reheating. To reheat, place back into the air fryer and reheat at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes of cook time.
