Have I ever mentioned to you that I suffer from migraine headaches that are brought on by tension and stress? I have a longer than average neck, and apparently I am a worry wart…and when things pile up…I get a massive migraine.
Sometimes stress isn’t the only things that causes a migraine, but in a majority of cases for myself, it is generally the cause.
To help combat all of the stress of trying to remember a bazillion things in my head, I created this printable to help me keep all of my time, keep it in check, and accomplish all of my weekly goals.
Setting up my required tasks, keeping track, and maintaining a sense of balance and sanity can mean a huge difference in not only my head health, but my family can appreciate my sense of Zen I have. When things are flowing as they should, life is good!
As a major Type A personality, there is nothing worse for me than missing a deadline, forgetting a meeting, missing a bill, etc. It can wreak havoc on my mental health of trying to keep things in order. Trust me – when things get out of order around here…it’s absolute chaos!
