Cajun Style Sweet Potato Fries

Cajun Style Sweet Potato Fries are delicious. (Don’t they look yummy?)  It’s a great change from the regular baked fries, and my family and I love to make these with baked chicken, or steak, or with almost anything!  They are unbelievably tasty, and have a great spice. (And Sweet Potatoes are good for you!!!)

Heat your oven up to 375 degrees, and then get your ingredients together…

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

Take your two large sweet potatoes and cut them up into bite sized fries.  Add all of your cut potatoes into a large ziplock bag and then add in all of your ingredients.  Close the bag, and start to mix really well. Mix! Mix! Mix!

Spread onto a baking dish and place into the oven for 30 minutes, toss, and then an additional 30 minutes.

All done! Super good…
