Cajun Oven Baked Pork Chops
To make these amazingly cajun-ly delicious pork chops, you will need to have a few items on hand:
- 2-4 thick pork chops
- 1 bag Onion Thyme Harvest Snaps
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Heat oven to 400.
Take the Onion Thyme Harvest Snaps and place them into a ziplock bag. Carefully (so you don’t accidentally bust the bag!) begin to crush the harvest snaps into small crumbs. Add additional seasoning and shake well.
Pour mixture onto a plate and dredge pork chops into the Harvest Snaps mixture.
Place into a prepared dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until pork chops are cooked through.
Serve with a salad and a side of dirty rice.
