I am really getting excited about Easter. We have had 3 straight snow days in a row with school being out and I finally had to start baking desserts to help keep the sanity. We don’t get a lot of snow in Louisiana, but this week we saw quite a bit for our area. I have already made plenty of soups to stay warm, but now it’s time to start making the sweet stuff. That’s when the littlest one and I decided to make these cute Easter Bunny Brownies with Printable Toppers.

You don’t need a ton for this cute little dessert, just your favorite brownie mix, a sweet tooth, and an excited toddler. (For the record, I was excited about these, too!) The rest is easy!

Easter Bunny Brownies with Printable Toppers

What you will need:

  • Brownies (I baked a 9 x 13 dish to cut in 3″ squares)
  • frosting
  • sprinkles
  • assorted candies (I used candy eggs and Good N Plenty)
  • free printable bunny topper

I decided ahead of time that I was baking my brownies in a 9 x 13 dish lined with foil so I could easily remove them and cut them in 3″ squares.

After I have the squares cut, I took the frosting and decorated the tops.

Once the tops were decorated with the frosting, I added the sprinkles and candies in different places.

Once the candies were all in place, I added the free printable toppers that I created.

What a fun little treat! I just cut the toppers and added a toothpick to the back and stuck these into the top of the decorated brownies.
