When I am looking for a healthy dessert or simple clean breakfast, I love making this mandarin orange and blueberry yogurt parfait. My five year old is IN LOVE with this recipe, and you will be too. It’s simple to make and just downright delicious. Check out just how easy it is to make this yummy, clean and healthy dessert.
One of the most important things for a healthy lifestyle is to make sure you are snacking healthy. I am always trying to make sure my kids are snacking healthy, and this is one of our favorites! (It helps that my kiddos LOVE LOVE LOVE mandarin oranges.)
To make this delicious dessert, you need to have just a few items on hand:
- Dole™ Mandarin Oranges
- Blueberries
- Greek Yogurt (honey flavored)
- granola
To get started, I like to use my stemless red wine glasses. They just make the dessert look amazing, and I am all about presentation these days. Not to mention, they are the absolute perfect size for these delicious desserts.
Mandarin Orange and Blueberry Parfait
Grab your glasses and scoop your greek yogurt in to cover about 1/3 of the glass.
Then take the Dole™ Mandarin Oranges and cover the top of the yogurt.
Add a handful of blueberries, and then scoop a few more mandarin oranges to the top.
Sprinkle a little granola to top it all off!
This is seriously one of the most delicious and healthy snacks around. If you have never had a mandarin orange and blueberry parfait, you are in for an amazing treat!
