This year I am creating fun handmade items for my Mother’s Day gifts. I always have Mason Jars of various sizes just sitting around unused, and I thought this year I would put them to good use! With that being said, today I am going to share with you a Mason Jar Gift Idea & Free Printable that is a perfect treat for mom on Mother’s Day.

This is also a “sister” post. I am sharing another fun Mason Jar Mother’s Day gift over at Mom4Real today. Make sure you grab this printable, and then head over to visit Jessica at Mom4Real and grab the other free printable and gift idea.

These are both such quick and easy gifts, and both that I am sure any mom would love.

Here are the supplies you will need for this gift:

  • mason jar
  • mom’s favorite snack
  • fun paper to cover the lid
  • free printable gift tag
  • decorative twine

Step 1:  Fill the Mason jar with mom’s favorite snack. My mom LOVES Yogurt covered Pretzels, so that is what you will find in my gift jar for her.

Step 2:  Trace the lid size onto your favorite craft paper and attach it to the Mason jar lid. This gives it a fun decorative touch.

Step 3:  Download the free Mother’s Day Treat printable by clicking here.

Step 4:  (Optional) Transfer the file to your vinyl cutting machine and print these cleanly from your vinyl cutting machine. You can also hand cut these printables just as easily.

Step 5:  Take a hole punch and the twine and then attached the printable to your Mother’s Day Mason Jar Gift.

This is such a fun and easy project, and you can also whip one of these up in less than 5 minutes. I hope you have enjoyed this Mother’s Day Mason Jar Gift Idea, and don’t forget to download the free printable here.
