I love banana bread. Honestly, I just love to eat good food, but a yummy banana bread that’s warm from the oven is completely amazing. This past week I had about 6 overripe bananas. I didn’t want to throw them away, so I decided to make something with them. After thinking it over, I went with this Banana’s Foster Pull Apart Monkey Bread. It’s just a little sweeter than banana bread, and a lot of fun, sticky, awesomeness. You are going to want to save this one!!
You are truly going to be blown away from the sensational smell in your house while this is baking.
Have you ever made monkey bread? Have you ever had a banana’s foster dessert? Imagine the best of both worlds being rolled into one.
This is such a decadent tasting dessert, everyone will love it!

How to make Monkey Bread
Let’s get this recipe started with the ingredients you will need:
- white sugar
- light brown sugar
- vanilla
- butter
- Pillsbury® Grands biscuits (One butter flavor, one regular)
- ground cinnamon
- powdered sugar
- ripe bananas – chopped
- 1 large ziplock bag
Steps to make Banana’s Foster Pull Apart Monkey Bread Recipe
1. To get started, preheat your oven to 400 and prepare the pan you are going to use. I love the way Monkey Bread looks after coming out of a bundt pan, so I am using that.
2. Add the white sugar, cinnamon, biscuit dough cut in small pieces, and bananas to the large ziplock bag.
3. Shake well until everything is nicely coated and mixed and then place the mixture into your prepared pan.
4. Over medium heat, melt the butter and add the brown sugar and vanilla and mix well. Pour this mixture over the dough in the prepared pan.
5. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes, then sprinkle the top with powdered sugar before serving.
This is such a delicious recipe! It can be yummy all on its own, or with a side of delicious vanilla ice cream topped with caramel. Either way, you are going to love this delicious Banana’s Foster Pull Apart Monkey Bread. Enjoy!

Yum. Yum. Yum.
There is nothing better than this, I’m convinced!
The best is that even I can make it, with my limited kitchen skills.

I am very upset that I had to see this!! I now feel compelled to make it, and I’m afraid I’ll eat the whole thing!! I’ll make or order bananas foster french toast or something once in a while, but to have this whole bit loaf on hand could be dangerous! 😉 #PinItThurs

Looks soo soo delicious! I’m affraid I would eat the whole of it! But what should I use instead of piolsbury biscuit dough? I’m in europe and I can’t get that here 🙁 or any biscuit dough. And it semms like an important part of the bread! 😀 please help my husband’s family is coming over tomorrow for dinner and it would make a great dessert! Thanks for the recipe anyway!

Oh no! I had no idea you couldn’t get biscuit dough there. Can you get a bisquick dough mix? Or make your favorite handmade biscuits, make about 8, and then tear those apart and substitute those for it. 🙂 Hope that helps, and I hope you LOVE it!
