Hello PinkWhen readers! It’s Brandy from BD Design and I am so happy to be here today sharing one of my family’s favorite cookie recipes. We have these cookies a lot at our house because they work up so fast. It only has 5 ingredients! Easy, right? The mix of peanut butter and chocolate give this cookie the perfect taste. I think the secret to to making this cookie taste divine is the sea salt that you sprinkle on after they are baked. But that step is totally optional 🙂 So the next time you are crunched for time and need a little sweet and salty snack, be sure to bake these cookies.
Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup granulated sugar or brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Sea Salt (optional)
Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together. Add baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.
Use spoon to scoop the dough and roll in 1 inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.

When they come out of the oven I sprinkle a little sea salt on the top of the cookie.
