What’s the difference with this healthy banana bread versus others? You can TASTE the difference. It’s a more dense bread and super moist. It will take a minute to get used to, and then you will LOVE it.
Skinny Chocolate Banana Bread
What do you need to make this healthy banana bread recipe?
It’s made with delicious ripe bananas, honey, coconut oil, greek yogurt, quinoa flour, and antioxidant rich organic cacao powder.
To say this bread is moist is an understatement. It’s about as far from dry as you can get.

- vanilla flavoring

- plain greek yogurt
- quinoa flour

- baking soda
How to make a healthy banana bread recipe
Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl mash the ripe bananas. Add the honey, vanilla, coconut oil, yogurt, flour, cacao powder, salt, baking soda, and egg. Mix until all ingredients are mixed well, but try not to “over mix” as that can affect the outcome of your bread.
Pour the mixture into a bread pan.
Place the skinny chocolate banana bread in the oven and bake on 350 for 60-70 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before removing from the baking dish.
When you try this bread for the first time you will notice it’s a little different texture since it doesn’t use regular flour. It’s more dense. And it is super moist.
