HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS

Many people tend to shy away from cooking wings because they think it’s hard or messy. But when you use your Air Fryer, that’s literally not the case at all. (and between me and you, once you make up these wings, cleaning the air fryer is a breeze, too!)

Wings are great on their own but you can always add in a fresh veggie tray and some dips to get some veggies in your tummy as well. (Or just eat them as the main course and side dish!)

AIR FRYER HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN WINGS FAQS

Can you easily change up the flavor of these chicken wings?

You can! If you want to add in some heat or a different flavor, just alter up the ingredients a bit and make it happen. Since you really don’t coat the wings until after they’re cooked, you can change out the flavoring really easily.

What internal temperature should chicken be cooked at?

For chicken to be safe to eat, it needs to be cooked to an internal temp of at least 165 degrees. We always use a meat thermometer to be safe.

How do I make Honey Garlic Chicken Wings in the oven?

If you don’t have an Air Fryer, make these in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil. Toss the wings in the sauce before placing into the oven and bake for 40 minutes (or until crispy), basting with wing sauce again 10 minutes before they are finished. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
