With this easy French toast recipe needing just 5 simple ingredients, it’s a fast and simple way to make a dish that everyone in the family is going to love.

Air Fryer Strawberry Roll Ups
Before this recipe, I thought that I’d eaten French toast in just about every way possible. And then this recipe happened and my love for French toast grew even more.
There’s really nothing like having that sweet roll up strawberry flavor combined with the texture of French toast that I love so dearly.
And since I can use the air fryer, it’s super fast to make as well!
Ingredients
- Strawberry preserves
- White bread
- Cinnamon
- Granulated white sugar
- Eggs
How To Make French Toast in the Air Fryer

How to Make French Toast Rolls Ups
Just a few easy steps are all you need to make this simple breakfast recipe!
Put the cinnamon and sugar into a bowl. Set aside.
Cut the crust off of each slice of bread. Take a glass or a rolling pin and roll the bread flat.
Spoon about a tablespoon of the strawberry preserves into the edge of the bread slices.
Roll the bread into roll-ups.
Mix the eggs in a small bowl, and pour them onto a flat rimmed plate.
Dip the rolled piece of bread into the egg mixture and then dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Prepare the Air Fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or parchment paper.
Place the french toast sticks into a single layer in the air fryer basket about 2 inches apart. Add them to the pan seam side down.

Air fry at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes, until they are golden brown, turning them halfway through.

Carefully remove the Strawberry French Toast Roll-ups from the air fryer, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and top with fresh fruit for decoration before serving.
These are so good dipped in maple syrup and served with fresh chopped strawberries.
