Are you a big fan of no bake desserts? I certainly am. Don’t get me wrong, I love to work in the kitchen and use my favorite appliances. The only thing I have to use with this recipe is a bowl, a whisk, and a wooden spoon. No Bake Desserts

The other reason why I am such a big fan of no bake desserts is because they require no use of an oven. When it’s Summer here in Louisiana and it’s 100 degrees outside with a heat index of 110, the last thing you want to do it turn the oven on in your house. No thank you! This No Bake cake let’s me also use my beautiful ceramic bakeware from #WorldMarket without actually baking.

Time is also a factor. No baking also means no mixing time, no baking time, and no cooling times. This delicious no bake banana pudding cake takes less than 10 minutes to make from start to finish. With all of those awesome reasons, why wouldn’t you opt for a no bake dessert?
