How to Make Easy Fidget Spinner Cookies

Fidget Spinner Cookies
Over the Summer my youngest has become completely obsessed with making YouTube videos. In fact, she has become so obsessed we decided we would make her own Kid Friendly channel called Addy’s Cookie House. To date, she has 3 videos and 3 subscribers. Ha! Needless to say, she has become a little excited about making videos.
While on a 17 hour drive back home from our Summer vacation in Colorado she was making a list of videos she would like to make, and Fidget Spinner Cookies were on the top of her list. Being a good mom, I had to comply with those wishes, no matter how much laundry time it would take up.

Enter the cookie recipe. Not all cookie recipes are the same, and you really need one that will not spread as much as others. (Note: Don’t go and buy pre-made cookie dough, they will look more like funny shaped than fidget spinners.)

Making the fidget spinner cookies is actually really easy if you have a cookie mold.
Fidget Spinner Cookie Mold
Making the cookie mold is fairly easy. All you need is a quick drying food grade molding putty and about 20 minutes. Once the mold has set for 20 minutes, pop out the spinner and then wash with soap and water before use.
It’s what I think is by far the easiest way to make fidget spinners that actually look like REAL fidget spinners. You can find two videos below, one showing you how to make the cookie mold, and one showing you how to make Fidget Spinner Cookies.
