I have a few healthy snacks up my sleeve, but I have a few completely unhealthy sugar overload snacks up my sleeve as well. These Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Shooters are one of the latter, and man are they GOOD. In fact, they are relatively easy to make, and perfect for a Summertime party or a late night snack. I can’t help myself when it comes to these shooters, and I have a feeling you won’t be able to stop yourself either. Once you try one….it’s all over. Are you ready? Check out how easy these are.
These Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake shooters are really delicious. In fact, I can’t really describe the incredible amazing flavors that explode in your mouth when you eat one for these. My mouth is watering just typing this up! You are going to love these, and I bet everyone around you is going to love them too.
Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Shooters
You only need a handful of items to make these shooters, and then you are in business.
- No Bake cheesecake mix
- Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll package
- shooter cups
- fruit topping if desired
First you will bake the cinnamon rolls and then give them some time to cool. After cooling, break them apart into small pieces. (I like to use the soft centers to place into my shooters.)
Next you will make the cheesecake filling. Follow the directions on the box. When the filling is made, place it in a pancake pen like this one and use that to help easily fill your shooters.
Now line up your shooter cups and place a small amount of cinnamon roll into the bottom.
Then start alternating the cheesecake filling with the cinnamon rolls. Keep alternating until you have them filled to the top. Then top with your favorite fruit or crumbled graham crackers.
Place in the fridge for a little while (I kept mine in the fridge for an hour), and then serve. They are so delicious!
I topped mine with a few strawberries and blueberries. They are crazy good.
If you like Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls and you like cheesecake, you are going to love this little concoction. Deliciously amazing in every single bite.
One of my favorite new desserts.
Save these for “cheat day”. You will love them!

If it says cinnabon you have to know you might as well roll around in a giant bowl of sugar. And you will taste good. Thanks for posting. Hello from What’s Cookin’ Wednesday.

How many does the recipe make? Can you make them the night before a party?
Jennifer says
You can make 6-8 shooters with this recipe easily. You can definitely make them the night before 🙂
