You could make this salad fancier by adding in chopped red onion or green onions, but I am keeping things light and simple so you can make this dish quick and easy.

Egg Salad Ingredients
Boiled Eggs – Perfect hard boiled eggs are eggs that are boiled in hot water over high heat, boiled in the oven, eggs cooked in the air fryer, and then soaked in cold water to reduce the temperature. Once the temp has been reduced to room temperature they are easy to peel. You can also store hard boiled eggs for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
Dijon Mustard – Dijon mustard gives added seasonings and flavors which is why you don’t need too many things for this delicious egg salad. If you’re not a fan of dijon mustard you can substitute with plain yellow mustard.
Mayonaise – Mayo makes this dish delicious and creamy, but if you’re looking to cut calories and fats you can always substitute this with plan greek yogurt .
Seasonings – Once again I like to keep things basic by using common seasonings such as salt, pepper, and paprika.
Fresh Parsley – For garnish before serving.
