Popsicle Recipes – Summer Popsicle Series – Kiwi Popsicles
Are you looking for some great Popsicle Recipes to try? We have a few here you may want to check out! So far in the Summer Popsicle Series we have had refreshing Patriotic Powerade Popsicles, Lemonade Popsicles, and Strawberry Popsicles. Today I am sharing a fun popsicle recipe I found in the Zoku Popsicle Recipe book that I have been waiting to try. Kiwi Popsicles!
I am a BIG fan of Kiwi. This awesome fruit is very healthy, and sweet! It’s packed with great vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and Vitamin E. For such a little fruit, it goes a long way in the vitamin arena. It’s generally found throughout the year, but you can find finer, fresher choices during the summer. This is a perfect summer popsicle recipe to try!
For this recipe you only need a few ingredients:
- 2 Kiwi (also known as Chinese Gooseberries)
- 1 Tbsp Agave Nectar (light)
- 1/2 cup of fresh 100% Apple Juice
To make these delicious Kiwi Popsicles you need to combine and then blend all of your ingredients together and pour into your popsicle molds. Then you just need to freeze, and serve! How simple is that?
Next week we are going to continue the Summer Popsicle Series with a dessert popsicle recipe!
On another note: We are also going to be sharing some tips and talking about our trip to New Orleans. It’s not just an adult city, there are fun things to do when you bring the kids along as well! Stay tuned for that next week, as well as more DIY and Recipe posts on PinkWhen!
