Stacked OREO fudge on a white plate

This OREO cookie fudge is one of my favorite recipes because of how simple it is. Prep time literally only takes minutes and then the rest is allowing the fudge mixture to set and harden until you’re ready to cut and serve.

Before I get too far into this post, let me tell you the most AMAZING part, besides the delicious flavor. An amazing donation to Feeding America.

White chocolate OREO fudge is a simple dessert that’s made in just minutes. You only need to have a few ingredients on hand to make this easy fudge recipe.

My favorite thing about this OREO cookie fudge is that it only takes a few simple ingredients.

Simple Ingredients:

  • crushed OREO cookies – chunks of OREO cookies are what makes this dessert POP
  • granulated white sugar – to make this sweet treat even sweeter
  • unsalted butter – adds a light butter flavored undertone
  • evaporated milk
  • white chocolate chips – I use 2 cups of white chocolate chips to help form the base to this creamy fudge
  • marshmallow creme – an added flavor that you won’t want to skip out on
  • vanilla extract – added flavor
  • sea salt
Ingredients needed to make OREO fudge.

To crush the OREO cookies, add them to a large plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. You can also use a food processor and pulse the cookies a few times to get them chunky and crushed into large pieces.

How to Make Easy OREO Cookie Fudge

  1. Add the sugar, evaporated milk, and butter to a medium saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously for about 3-5 minutes, or until the sugar mixture is at a soft boil while stirring.

  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the white chocolate chips, salt, vanilla extract, and marshmallow creme. Stir well until completely combined and chocolate is melted.

  3. Fold in half of the crushed OREO cookies to the fudge mixture.

  4. Pour the creamy white chocolate mixture into a square silicone dish or a square baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper.

  5. Add the remaining OREO cookies to the top of the fudge.

  6. Place the fudge into the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight to allow the fudge to solidify and harden.

  7. To serve, remove the fudge from the silicone dish or parchment paper and allow the fudge to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting into bite sized squares for serving.

NOTES: I like to use a silicone baking dish rather than a parchment-lined square pan as the fudge easily pops out of the silicone container when ready. When cutting the fudge, for best results use a warm, sharp knife.

This OREO cookie fudge is definitely on the top of the list of my favorite fudge recipes. It’s soon to be one of your favorite sweet treats as well. If you have a sweet tooth like I do, this will definitely hit the spot!
