No Bake Desserts – Strawberry Blueberry Cloud Cake

No bake dessert recipes are the best. This one is truly one of my favorites because there is truly NO COOKING involved whatsoever. No melting or anything, etc. It’s just a good old fashioned throw it together recipe your going to LOVE.

You will only need a few supplies for this delicious dessert:

  • strawberries (chopped)
  • blueberries
  • Cloud cakes – or also substituted with Twinkies
  • strawberry glaze (usually in the produce section next to the strawberries in a container)
  • whipped cream – I like to keep Cool whip in the freezer for recipes just like this!

Step 1:  Layer your dish with the cloud cakes. You can usually get away with using one box of cloud cakes.

    Yes, I want this!
I’d probably make my own whipped cream – once I started doing that, I could never go back to Cool Whip. And the canned stuff probably doesn’t have the right consistency.

That’s crazy! Maybe it’s just these Southern states because we like all of the sweet and “not so good for you but tastes awesome” food! 🙂 I believe in one of the comments above someone left a link to make your very own homemade strawberry glaze. 🙂

I’m making this tomorrow with my kids ☺ I’m in Michigan and found the glaze at Kroger in produce section next to the strawberries. Thanks for the recipe and have a safe and fun 4th of July!
