Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll FAQS

Will this air fryer recipe work for biscuits and other remade doughs?

You bet. You might have to alter the cooking time a bit but I love this “trick” when I’m cooking up dough that I’ve bought from the store. I’ve made canned biscuits this way, too.

What happens when you overcook your cinnamon rolls in the air fryer?

Unfortunately, they’re going to be burnt. You might be able to cut off the top or bottom and salvage them but there’s always a chance that they might be ruined, too. Just pay attention to the cooking time and you should be fine!

What are some fun topping ideas for cinnamon rolls?

The glaze is great but you can always add on some fun sprinkles, shredded coconut, mini chocolate chips, or anything else that you want!
