IS BLACKENED SEASONING THE SAME AS CAJUN SEASONING?

People tend to think that they’re the same, but they’re not. Blackened seasoning has a milder taste while Cajun seasoning is going to have a kick. Some of the ingredients are the same but they do taste very different from one another.

WHAT DO I NEED TO MAKE HOMEMADE BLACKENED SEASONING?
