Hi PinkWhen readers!

My name is Therese and I’m coming to you from FRESH Idea Studio (FIS), a DIY Lifestyle blog.

Our motto is to keep life fresh, live beautifully and have fun together as we Fabulously Restyle Everything for Self & Home.

FIS is a laid-back place with all kinds of inspiration, upcycling, do-able DIYs and useful tips to decorate, clean, organize and craft our way to a fresh home.

Oh and we throw in a good recipe every now and again too. Of course, it’s freshly, taste tested and family-approved.

Today I’m serving up one our crew loves and I know you will too!

Easy Summer Dinner Recipe Seafood Bake

This buttery crumb goodness is a real crowd-pleaser and one of our favorites to make when we’re vacationing at the beach with our grandparents, aunties, uncles & cousins in tow.

The best part is…

it takes no time at all to put together and…

feeds a small army.

It’s easy peasy.

Start with your basic ingredients, jumbo shrimp and white fish fillets (I thawed out frozen I picked up at Sam’s).

Melt a stick of butter in the microwave…

Spray an extra large pan with cooking spray.

I used a disposable pan for extra fast clean up.

More time on the beach 😉

Next crumble a sleeve of Ritz crackers. I had my biggest helper assist.
Place your fish fillets in the bottom of your pan.
And surround them with the jumbo shrimp.
Cover your seafood with your cracker crumb and pour on your melted butter.
Pop it in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes and your all set.

Serve it up with my favorite chopped salad recipe and the tasty drink I have on the blog today!

Thanks so much for having me over Jennifer!

I hope you and your family have a chance to enjoy my easy Summer dinner recipe Seafood Bake sometime before they head back-to-school.
It’s been wonderful hanging out with your readers today.
Cheers,
Therese @Fresh Idea Studio
