Cinderella Cupcakes – Easy Cupcake for a Princess Party
These Cinderella Cupcakes are perfect for any princess. One bite and they’ll be transported to the world of Disney which we know is full of magic, fun, and happiness. These easy to make Princess Cupcakes are great for a Disney or princess party.
And the best part? Their carriage won’t have to turn into a pumpkin at the end of the night.

Birthday Cupcake Decorating Ideas
This recipe only calls for a few ingredients and if you use a box cake mix these easy princess cupcakes will be done in under 30 minutes.
- Cupcakes: 1 White boxed cake mix prepared
- 1 can of your favorite vanilla frosting
- 1 cup marshmallow fondant or white modeling chocolate
- Blue GEL food coloring
- Light blue pearl sprinkles (found at my local grocer)
- High heeled shoe mold
- Wax paper (just to set your marshmallow fondant on)
- Star decorating tip and bag
Prepare 1 white box cake mix
Spoon into lined cupcake pan.
Bake for 30-minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes completely before decorating.

Break marshmallow fondant into 12 small pieces.
Press one ball of fondant into a shoe mold shape and pull it out.
Use a butter knife to trim off unwanted portions of the mold that didn’t make it into the shoe shape.
Place shoes into the refrigerator until you’re ready for them.
With your largest decorating tip, press into the top of the cupcake off-center, creating a well. Save hole tops.
Place 1 tablespoon of the blue pearls inside the well in the cupcake. This is such a fun addition to any cupcake.
Replace the
Mix 2-3 drops of blue food coloring into your vanilla frosting, stirring until the color is consistent hen place your Wilton star tip in a piping bag.

Fill the piping bag with the blue frosting and then frost each cupcake in a swirl, turning the piping bag as you pipe.

Place a shoe on the side of each cupcake and your Cinderella cupcakes are ready to serve.
