Plus, it’s really great to whip up and have as leftovers in the fridge for a couple of days as well.

Turkey Alfredo Penne Pasta
This recipe only calls for a few ingredients and is so simple and easy to make!
- bacon
- onion
- garlic (minced)
- chicken broth
- heavy cream
- Penne pasta
- leftover turkey (cubed)
- peas (frozen)
- Parmesan cheese (shredded)
Let’s get started making this easy family recipe.

Add the uncooked chopped bacon to a saute pan over medium heat.
When the bacon has been fried, transfer it to a plate, reserving 1 TBSP of bacon grease in the saucepan, and drain the excess grease.
Add the diced onion to the pan, cooking until it’s lightly browned, and then carefully add the minced garlic and saute those for 30 more seconds.
Slowly pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, uncooked pasta, salt, and pepper. Stir it and then cover it until it boils.

Reduce the heat to low and Simmer until the pasta is cooked yet firm. (Al Dente)
Add the chopped turkey, bacon, peas, and Parmesan Cheese. Stir everything up until it’s well combined.
Cover and continue to cook for 2-3 more minutes. (Or until it is warmed and the cheese has melted.)
Remove your turkey penne alfredo from heat and set it aside to allow the sauce to thicken. (About 5 minutes)
