light cream or heavy cream -the fat content in light cream is high enough that either one will work.
unsalted butter
pure vanilla extract
Sprinkles
Lavender purple melting wafers
White chocolate melting wafers

How to Make Chocolate Truffles for Easter

When you’re ready to get started, follow these simple instructions to create your own special Easter goodies:

Add the semi sweet chocolate, butter, salt, and cream to the double boiler bowl or pot. Have the water at a slow boil or simmer to ensure the chocolate doesn’t overheat. Be careful not to get any water into the chocolate truffle mixture!
