1 (8 oz.) package of Cream Cheese
½ a stick of Butter (softened)
4 tablespoons of Sugar
1 cup of Powdered Sugar
2 cups of Cocoa
1 cup of Mini Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Sprinkles
8 Pretzel Sticks
6 Candy Eyes
Wafers (for dipping)
